I offer a free 15-minute phone or Zoom consultation where we can briefly discuss what is bringing you to therapy and whether my approach feels like a good fit for you.

Session Details

I offer:

• £45 per 50-minute session

• Weekly sessions

• Online globally via secure video call

• In-person sessions available in Southend / Westcliff area of Essex, England.
